I began my career with Ouachita Parish schools in 2005 at Ouachita Parish High School. I transferred to Sterlington High School in 2013. My family and I have lived in this community since 2005 when my children enrolled in Sterlington schools. We feel as if we have always been a part of PANTHER NATION!

I currently teach Algebra I, multimedia and I am the Prancin’ Panther dance sponsor. 

I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart for 30 years! My husband, Mike, and my two children, Taylor and Seth, are the loves of my life. Both of my children are SHS graduates. Taylor loved playing softball wearing black and blue and graduated in 2011. She is currently a RN at two local hospitals. Seth played football at SHS and still considers his teammates at his brothers. He graduated from SHS in 2016 and has since graduated from UAM with an E&I degree. He is currently employed at a chemical plant in Crossett, AR.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my family. On Sundays, you’ll find me working with the media team at First West Fairbanks and worshipping with the best P&W team around!
