One of the following documents must be filled out by all graduating Seniors!

FAFSA:

• The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is a form completed by current and prospective college students in the United States to determine their eligibility for student financial aid. It will also serve as an application for TOPS. 
• THE COUNSELORS RECEIVE A WEEKLY REPORT OF WHO HAS FILLED OUT THE FAFSA.

TOPS Online Application:

• If your student will not need additional financial assistance/student loans in addition to TOPS, you may fill out the TOPS online application only. 
• YOU MUST PRINT THE CONFIRMATION PAGE AND BRING A COPY TO YOUR COUNSELOR. 

Nonparticipation Waiver:

• If  your student will not be attending college, and therefore will not need TOPS tuition or additional student loans, you may fill out a nonparticipation waiver. 
• THIS FORM MUST BE PRINTED, SIGNED AND TURNED IN TO YOUR COUNSELOR.
