These are some extensive workouts. Please modify the workouts to your own personally ability and work your way up to the ability to completing the workouts fully. To modify you may change the sets, the amount of weight, the amount of time, and/or cut the workout in half. These can be done with minimal equipment and at home.
You should do some warming up that is listed at the top of each exercise and make sure to do some dynamic stretching before and after each workout.
